Product Warranty
GOLFEPS LIMITED warrants garments and course kit against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for those defects and is offered by GOLFEPS LIMITED. Fit and change of mind follow the Returns Policy.
Covered
- Seams that open in ordinary first wear, with tags still on where a return would still have been possible.
- Hardware (buttons, snaps, zipper pulls) that fails in ordinary use on first wear.
- A barrel headcover whose stitching fails before first round, unused.
- A marker or pouch that arrives damaged in the carton.
Not covered
- Fit preference, color preference, or a change of mind.
- Wear from play, cart abrasion, spikes, or a bag rub.
- Washing or drying against the care label.
- Kit after it has been on a club, in a pocket, or used on a green.
- Lost tees, balls, or markers on the course.
- Damage from misuse, alteration, or accident after delivery.
How to claim
Email contact@golfepsltd.com within 90 days of delivery with:
- your order reference
- the SKU or product name
- two photos of the defect (one close, one of the whole piece)
If we confirm a manufacturing defect we will replace the item or refund the amount you paid for it. Replacement is the default when that SKU is in stock. We may ask you to return the defective piece; we pay that freight when we confirm the claim.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by place of residence. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
