Returns Policy
GOLFEPS LIMITED accepts returns of unused golf clothing and unused kit within 30 days of delivery to a U.S. address. This page is part of the Terms of Service. Start a return at contact@golfepsltd.com.
What we take back
- Unworn garments with original tags attached (polos, trousers, shorts, layers, vests).
- Unworn beanies and baker-boy caps with any hang tag still on.
- Headcovers, pouches, and markers that have not been used on a bag or a green.
- Unworn socks in the pair as packed, footbed clean.
What we do not take back
- Items washed, worn on the course, or with tags removed.
- Kit that has been on a driver, in a pocket, or used to mark a ball.
- Socks that show wear in the sole or cuff.
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page.
- Orders shipped more than 30 days ago, unless the Product Warranty applies.
A change of mind on fit is a return, not a warranty claim. Keep the tags on until you are sure.
How to start a return
Email contact@golfepsltd.com with:
- your order reference (`GE-` plus the code from checkout)
- the SKU or product name
- whether you want a refund or to reorder another size
We will reply with a prepaid label for eligible items. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we scan the return at our dock. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when we sent the wrong item or a defective one.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, return the unused item and place a new order. We do not hold inventory for informal swaps. If the size you need is in stock we can note that in the return reply so you can reorder the same day.
Wrong or missing item
If we packed the wrong SKU or a line is missing, we pay return freight and send the correct piece. Photograph the carton contents and write us within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items and codes
Markdowns are returnable unless the page says Final Sale. A promo code does not change the 30-day window. If a free-shipping threshold no longer applies after a return, we may deduct the ground fee that would have applied to the kept items.
