Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and GOLFEPS LIMITED ("GOLFEPS", "we", "us") for use of golfepsltd.com and any order you place through it.
GOLFEPS LIMITED is the merchant of record. The shop sells golf clothing and course kit. Questions: contact@golfepsltd.com.
The catalog
Each product page lists the title, price, size or fit options, and a short description. Stock can change without notice. A color on a calibrated screen can still differ from the garment in hand. A wave mark on kit is a small studio detail, not a third-party lockup.
We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before an order ships. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount taken for that order.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. You may not use the shop if we have previously refused service to you.
Accounts
You may browse and check out as a guest. If you create an account you are responsible for the email and password you use, and for activity under that account. Write contact@golfepsltd.com if you think someone else is using it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the prices shown at checkout, plus tax and shipping displayed on that page. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order reference (the `GE-` code).
We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, an item is out of stock, the shipping address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.
Payment
Checkout accepts card. Apple Pay and PayPal appear when your browser can use them. GOLFEPS LIMITED does not store full card numbers. If the issuing bank cannot authorize the charge, the order is not completed and no payment is taken. You may try another method or email us for a manual invoice.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
The Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Product Warranty form part of these terms. If those pages conflict with this page on delivery, returns, or defects, those pages control for that subject.
Promotions
The bar at the top of the site, sale prices, and any promo code apply only while they are shown. Offers cannot be combined unless the offer says so. We may end a promotion at any time. A code does not change the 30-day return window.
Care and course use
Product copy describes intended use on and off the course. Always follow the care label sewn into the garment. GOLFEPS LIMITED is not responsible for wear from play, cart abrasion, spikes, or washing against the care instructions. Unused kit follows the Returns Policy; used kit does not.
Intellectual property
The GOLFEPS name, golfepsltd.com, this layout, and our product photography belong to GOLFEPS LIMITED or our licensors. You may not copy the catalog, scrape product images for a competing shop, or use our name to imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- scrape or overload the site in a way that degrades it for other customers
- interfere with checkout or attempt to bypass payment
- use the shop to store or test stolen card numbers
- post or transmit malware, or content that is unlawful or harassing
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Disclaimers
The shop and catalog are provided as listed. To the extent allowed by law, GOLFEPS LIMITED disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for the limited Product Warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GOLFEPS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost rounds, lost time, or lost profits. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid GOLFEPS LIMITED for that order.
Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by that law.
Indemnity
You will indemnify GOLFEPS LIMITED against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the shop or your breach of these terms, except to the extent we caused the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the shop after that date means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to an order you already placed do not apply retroactively to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where GOLFEPS LIMITED is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the other party is located. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
